Scientists have discovered an amazing fact about the sounds of the ebb and flow of ocean tides, people's voices, dolphin cries, and bird and cricket chirps. They sound the same! When researchers slow down voice recordings of people, they discover the people's voices sound like the ebb and flow of ocean tides. Then when researchers speed up the recordings, people's voices sound like dolphin cries. Speeded up more, like bird chirps. Even more like crickets. And guess what crickets chirps sound like slowed down? Yep. First like birds. Then dolphins.
You may also practice smiling into the various organs of your body. Send your inner smile to your heart, lungs, stomach, liver, kidneys, your glands, and so on. Direct your love to parts of your body that you don�t think about much, or that you don�t like about yourself. Be whole in your compassionate smiling self.
Let your forehead relax, and allow the Third Eye to open. As the smiling energy accumulates at the mid-eyebrow, it will eventually overflow into your body
When we inhale, by prayer, we receive the fresh air of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit as breath is the force that gives life to all life in the cosmos
Focus on the third eye – the space between the eyebrows and let the smiling energy gather there. Then you can let that smiling energy flow through into your brain, and then through all the organs of the body. Use your powers of visualization to create an image that makes you feel like smiling. You might imagine before you the face of a loved one beaming love toward you. The image could be of your own smiling face, or a memory of a time when you felt love and peace. Perhaps you would like to imagine the beatific face of a divine being shining love upon you.

Divine Imagination is a beautiful dream like state filled with feelings, colors, reactions, consequences, directions, solutions, new potentials, and potentials within potentials. It is your divine imagination and a playground for your creations."this is a poetic description of imagination. Imagine what you want in as much sensory detail as you can. When you find yourself imagining what you don't want, stop, breathe, and imagine what you want again.

With each exhalation let go of thinking, and with each inhalation engender within your heart the feeling of love. Allow the feeling of loving-kindness to wash into your heart and fill it with every inhalation, and with every exhalation, let this feeling of love flow out into the world, filling the space around you with love.
Sound is vibration, it travels from one source to another as waves, each with its own frequency and pitch. Every atom has a vibration, every organ, every bone and every cell in the body has its own resonant frequency. Different sounds have different and profound affects on us , some may irritate us causing dissonance while others will please us creating harmony.
Breathing, with my focus fully on the cycle of love flowing in and out, with focus now on the out breath as well as the in-breath, breathing in from my existence, which is love, the love that I AM, the love that Is All and consciously completing this cycle with equal focus being the out-breath also
Love is my uniting force The opposite energy is the energy of separation When I vibrate with the energy of love I feel attached to something or someone.
To understand that the dualistic mind, lost in false discriminations, is a source of suffering without beginning or end for oneself and for others, is to have a truly valuable intuitive vision that profoundly modifies the quality of our daily life.
