Love answers all questions. Love brings all answers. Whenever any confusion arises, practice the breath of love. Whenever strong emotion overcomes you, allow it, feel it fully, and practice love breath. Whenever doubt overtakes your certainty, practice love breath and watch your certainty return, certainty of who and what you are, LOVE!
Inhaling love up your back: Inhale love as you draw in your abdomen and tighten your anus very slightly. As you do this, move your attention slowly from the perineum up the midline of your back to the crown of your head.
Exhaling love down your front: Exhale love as you gently push your abdomen out slightly and relax your anus. As you do this, move your attention slowly from the crown of your head down the midline of the front of your body to your belly center.
The Six Healing Sounds work to transform the negative energy stored in the organs and to transform them into healing light. That works better than holding onto negativity or dumping it out onto someone else because such emotional venting only serves to pass an emotional virus onto another and, via the law of karma, eventually that same negativity will be revisited upon the person who sent it out in the first place.

Whenever you are thinking or speaking about what you want, assume a positive posture and move in confident ways. When you find yourself feeling depressed, helpless or disillusioned in relation to what you want, stop, take a deep breath, and change your posture or the way you move into a more positive and confident mode.
The Lower Dantian acts as a reservoir for heat and energy, and is associated with the Kidneys. The Kidneys control the Water element in the body, and in alchemical terms, Jing is said to be analogous to the water in the cauldron. Through focused concentration and meditation, the Jing (essence) in the Lower Dantian is refined and transformed to produce Chi (Qi) energy. When sufficient heat is generated in the Lower Dantian as a result of the Heart and Ming men Fire mixing with the Kidney Water, the alchemical transformation of Jing in the Lower Dantian area causes the water of the Jing to turn into the steam of Chi (Qi). This is one reason why the modern character for Chi (Qi) is composed of the image of steam rising from rice that is bursting and decomposing. This alchemical transformation is known as "changing Jing [essence] into Chi (Qi) [energy]" and takes place within the Lower Dantian.

Pure Unconditional Love is
the most powerful vibration, force, Energy, in the entire Universe, in
all spheres of life and reality. Without the all-pervading power of
Unconditional Love the entire Universe could not and would not exist.
Breathing, with my focus fully on the cycle of love flowing in and out, with focus now on the out breath as well as the in-breath, breathing in from my existence, which is love, the love that I AM, the love that Is All and consciously completing this cycle with equal focus being the out-breath also.
